As you read the title to this week's post, I know what immediately started going through your head. The theme song to the popular 90's TV show Dawson's Creek. Paula Cole's voice is reverberating inside your head as the standard definition images of Pacey, Joey, Dawson and Jen scroll like photo gallery. And who could forget the absolute rocket science vocabulary that these 15 years used? I mean, it's like each day was a game of Jeopardy or the Scripps National Spelling Bee in prose for the kids from Capeside. But I digress. I'm not hear to talk about Paula Cole's hit song, or that sweet teenage angst-ridden show. No. When I say, "I don't wanna wait," I'm talking about something completely different.

The event was put on by Entrepreneur Magazine and sponsored by Microsoft and Dell. This was my first #acceleratebiz conference, and for being free, it was pretty fantastic. #MogulMonday - 05/23/16 "Switch it Up"

Hey, hey mogulers, it's Mogul Monday! If you're like me you're absolutely bumming about the #Cleveland #Cavaliers dropping the last two games in the Eastern Conference Finals. But, I'm sure they'll eventually pull it out and win the series. The coaching staff, headed by Tyronn Lue, will strategize and come up with some adjustments for the players to make. The players should (and hopefully will) internalize those changes and put them into effect for game 5 back in Northeast Ohio. That will hopefully bring about a positive effect for the Cavs (and notch in the 'W' column). But it all starts with making changes, switching things up a bit -- maybe big, maybe small. But changes nonetheless.
